The condo is situated at the free end of a larger one store building which is situated at the Springs which is located in a part of Wekiwa national State parc. The balcony has a beautiful view incl at about 100 yards, the Spring in which you can swim and relax at the border. Besides that there is a pool at about 30 yards as well as a basketbal court and 4 tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is also a small gym. The Springs itself is a gated community with a variety of houses well spread.Groceries, small shops and restaurants are around the corner.
The condo itself is an open living space with half open kitchen. It has a fireplace, The bedrooms have a king and a queensize bed. The bathrooms both have a shower, one a walk in and the other in a bad.
